LexNet24 will initially provide a credit of up to 50 euros, necessary for client assignment. This credit will be automatically renewed on the first day of each month.
LexNet24's system uses advanced algorithms to match clients' requests with the most appropriate lawyers, based on the preferences and areas of specialization indicated in the lawyer's profile. When a match is made, the client's contact details are provided to the lawyer, and the corresponding credits are deducted from the lawyer's account, according to the category ranking and pricing structure established by LexNet24.

3. USER REGISTRATION
For Lawyers:

Upon registration, lawyers will be asked to provide detailed information and documentation to accredit their professional credentials. Lawyers are expected to contact assigned clients within a timeframe of 10 minutes to ensure a prompt and effective response. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in the system automatically reassigning the contact to another available lawyer on the waiting list.
Lawyers agree to use clients' contact information solely for the intended purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Any misuse of this information may result in the suspension or termination of the lawyer's account on LexNet24.

LexNet24 understands that exceptional situations may arise that require consideration for refunds. Our refund policy applies in cases where a technical error in the processing of credits by LexNet24's system is identified. In such circumstances, lawyers may request a refund through our website's contact page.
Refund requests will be evaluated by our team, and if approved, the refund will be processed within a period of 15 days from the request date.

Contact Distribution Process:
Preference Selection: Lawyers define their location preferences and areas of practice in their profile. Similarly, clients indicate their location and the type of legal assistance they seek when making a request on the platform.
Algorithmic Matching: Our system uses this data to match client requests with the most suitable lawyers. The assignment is based on the match between clients' and lawyers' location preferences, as well as the match of legal practice areas.
Order of Assignment: Contacts are distributed following an order that prioritizes the lawyers' registration list, geographical proximity, and the relevance of the legal category. Each client request is initially sent to two lawyers, as long as they are available simultaneously in the same area.
Rapid Response: Lawyers are required to respond to contact requests within the first 10 minutes after receiving the notification. If contact is not established within this timeframe, the system automatically reassigns the request to the next two lawyers on the list, and so on, until the client receives attention or decides not to receive more calls.
Client List Management: The client data provided to lawyers will remain in their list of potential clients until the client decides to cancel their contact request. At that point, the client's data will be automatically deleted from the lawyer's list.
This process ensures an efficient and effective assignment of contacts, respecting the preferences of both lawyers and clients, and promoting a quick response to clients' legal needs.
Acceptable Use and Restrictions:

Completion of Contact Requests:
Once a client has agreed to work with a lawyer or decides not to receive more calls, they must indicate this in the system to prevent further contacts.
Lawyers' Responsibilities:
Lawyers assume all direct responsibilities towards clients with whom they come into contact through LexNet24. They must ensure that their interaction and the services provided comply with all applicable legal laws and regulations.
